new portraits, but I think I broke something.

I broke my blog somehow.

Hmm, I may have gotten slightly carried away tonight playing with Photoshop while trying to concoct a new website header image:

wheeeee! can you pick out which elements are from which painting?

It’s weird how the pieces of paintings became like characters in a little theatrical play as I moved them around.

And to prove even further that my paintings are like my little offspring, I did the mom thing today where you lick your finger and use it to scrub a smudge off your kids cheek – to the painting I’m currently working on. And hey, it worked pretty well! Moms are so smart.

I’ve been tweaking a lot of little things on the website.

I’m still tweaking things around to get this new blog setup to look similar enough to my main site that viewers won’t feel like they’ve gone to a completely different web page.
